My reading from what I read, ie the above and an agenda I saw but now cannot find, is that there is a clear intention to have this finished in the lower house tonight, before they break for a week.

This is confirmed by last night's order to restrict the time for debate to 5 hours for the removal of the short title of the bill and 5 hours for the third reading. IIRC that would mean that a vote following the third reading should occur by about 7:30pm Ottawa, CA time tonight. Although they are scheduled to sit until midnight so plenty of run off time even if it takes longer.
