@standalone ... Not great. But also not that unusual in the penny stock end of town. No crazier than a mining exploration company pouring $$$ into a site that ultimately is 100% dependent on enviro/heritage approvals. Or a medical technology that hinges entirely on FDA/TGA approval.
KPO were pursuing opportunities prior to the legislation. The legislation now just dictates how much more viable these projects are.
That said, I concur that the current situation is critical.
