Not their whole fate, just their big projects as these won’t be very competitive without the credits. And without the ITC they’ll be next to worthless without the Clean Electricity Regulations.
Saddle Hills doesn’t rely on the ITC legislation however the size of the facility and whether KC is included is dependent on the final CERs.
