Reviewing similar types of bills one took four weeks in committee but there was no pre-study. One took a week in committee but the pre-study was still in progress after the second reading. A third took one day as the pre-study had already been done prior to the first reading
Leads me to believe that the third reading will be tonight or tomorrow night.
