I think we now have a very obvious line in the sand. With Royal Assent giving the bill the final go ahead (fingers crossed), KPO really has no more excuses. We either get some sort of credible interest/investment thanks to our mates at PwC, or we get nothing. I don't think this "lifestyle company" could possibly do another CR without firming up investment partners to move us forward. Here's hoping we get some sort of update as soon as the bill is passed. GLTAH.
