Well, I don’t have the links handy but I’ve read from a couple of sources that the Canadian government is undertaking discussions around the final Clean Elictricity Regulations until mid March and will then finalise the regs later in 2024. Doesn’t sound like these will be coming in the short term, however it doesn’t seem that the changes would be detrimental to KPO.
On the ITC related bill front, the Canadian government is sitting again this week after having a brief one week recess. So back I go to parliament watching.
