So the bill is now being studied/debated in two committees, the House of Commons' (lower house) Standing Committee on Finance (FINA) and the Senate's (upper house) Standing Committee on National Finance (NFFN).
FINA met to discuss the bill for the first time on 19/3/2024 and NFFN are meeting for the 3rd time tonight Australian time.
