Not sure of the timing but the 2024 budget expects the bill to pass before the start of June as per the article I posted above.
With it still to pass to the senate I think that is a bit optimistic but potentially not far off, perhaps before mid to late June.
After June the government goes into recess which would then push it back to August or later.
