Report stage of the Fall Economic Statement (C-59) bill, which includes the ITC credits, was completed overnight and now moves to the third reading in the House of Commons (lower house) at their next sitting, ie tonight our time.
Once read for the 3rd time the bill then passes to the Senate for their three readings of the bill and if no amendments passed in the Senate then the bill will go for royal assent (a formality).
