    This is all a bit awkward.Surely the question of whether or not VitroGro is a "device" or a "medicine" is a legal question because it is a matter of definition.regulation ...the "law".
    So,how come "the lawyers" whoever they are,got this wrong?I assume that TIS did get some appropriate legal advice?After all,looking back,there did seem to be a lot of fuss about this issue.Why was it so hard and if it was,why the bravado up to now?
    Looks a bit fishy to me.Very substantial losses must have been suffered this morning.I wonder if there will be a class action?I am sure that is the last thing on the minds of most of us,but it looks very bad to me.
    It might be a good idea for TIS to make a statement as to this matter. peterinib
