I can't understand why there are some here wishing to excuse management. Its black and white - they dropped the ball re regulatory process, and that's why the are doing the review.
If they believed they had done everything correctly then they would have embarked on an alternative strategy to regulatory review, post this announcement.
Let's called a spade a spade these guys have stuffed it up completely, and heads should roll.
