I was howled down when I suggested months ago that management of the Regulatory submission in regards to classification, was a monumental disaster, that reflected very poorly on management.
So this is now confirmed by the fact that the authorities feel compelled to describe the submission as "poor".
Now we have a Director undertaking a review of Regulatory Process - probably a Year to late.

Time for Mercer and the others to be moved on - this is an unmitigated disaster, and reeks of stupendous incompetence.

I am continually staggered by BIO companies with idiots on the board - no wonder so few make in this country, despite great products.
