A pleasure to hear from you, thank you. No problems at all with the delays in responding, technical glitches notwithstanding.

You're spot on in raising a number of pertinent questions to ponder over - at the end of the day, you'll probably have to lean towards backing management here and trust that they know what they are doing. It helps that they have a long history of successful execution and prudent stewardship of capital to show for it. Also, the very underrated trait of having substantial skin in the game which aligns their interests with the broader shareholder base.

As a new shareholder, I suspect the 7s are a good (if not lipsmackingly attractive) entry point. Hopefully the markets offer more of a gift to complete the allocation over time!
