I'm still here. I have been reading posts but has been too lazy to post.

Yes, REH is about 40% of my portfolio, and will go up to more than 45% after this capital raising.

I did take full $30k SPP and applied for more shares under the entitlement offer to make sure that my ownership didn't get diluted. If my application for extra shares gets filled, my REH holdings will increase by about 14%, the same as the increase in total number of shares after this $600m raising.

I didn't take advantage the arbitrage opportunity as I'm planning to hold this for a long time.

The board's decision to offer $30k SPP to retail shareholders on top of the Retail Entitlement Offer is a very big plus for me.

Not just that, the Wilson family has put back $470m into REH in the past 2 years. This amount of after tax cash being reinvested into the company is a vote of extraordinary confidence by the people running the business. I read somewhere that 2 of the 3 family branches that participate fully had basically reinvested all of the dividends that the family had ever received from REH for the past 50 years.
