These guys are dreaming, and it's a very bad dream. Repeating their focus on the same old initiatives that have failed in the past. Spend money on serving customers faster - what customers? Every single dollar should be focused on Marketing FFS. Ask ANYONE in the street if they know about Oliver's. 99.9% will think you are talking about Jamie Oliver. Evening menu? Who goes to to a servo for an evening meal FFS? It's laughable - these guys have zero knowledge or experience in this sector. They are (yet again) burning any opportunity to get our money back.
