Practically, even if we sued and WON, the moneys gone and if they were smart, any money would be sent OS to places we cant get it back , tax havens or in bitcoin haha. So we are stuffed UNLESS the small hope they are still trying to do something , anything with partners? and not just run this put and move on to the next weak gullible Barnum target.
We are told endlessly they are in "talks" and nothing ever. just nothing
Thankfully i dont worry about stocks i put under 5K, so this one, i feel i ddint even lose my money so i literally never think about GFS and i have 3 dozen stocks that i am watching, but many are tanking too now with a jittery market and those forums are very stressed and consider Chinese about to cross into HK. Imagine what THAT will do to stocks soon.
So i am OUT of everything now .. just watching and gathering data.. always trust history! (2008 hint!)
