There's no way you could try and claim it's a good thing!
But as you say, it'll probably have very little impact at this stage... I guess if there's some very positive news and a rerate occurs that might be slowed down a bit if potential instos are barred from buying... but that's a problem I reckon we'd all like to have right now, yea?
