Authentication company Dotz Nano (ASX: DTZ) has entered into a Services Agreement with US-based diagnostics company Caerus Therapeutics to progress the development and commercialisation of its virus detection technology. Its Dotz Test Kits have already obtained CE mark authorisation which clears the Dotz Test Kits for sale in the European Union. The Company is now back trading.

Key highlights:

The main reason for the extended trading halt is due to Dotz originally planning to acquire aspects of the intellectual property around the technology, and resulting queries from the ASX.

The Dotz Test Kits enable simultaneous testing of hundreds of virus samples with test results available within 17 minutes – determined on-site by the sample changing colour in the test tube.

Dotz has obtained CE mark authorisation for its Dotz Test Kits, which enables the technology to be sold in the European Union.

Dotz has entered into a Services Agreement with US manufacturer Systaaq as it prepares to commence manufacturing.

Application for FDA Emergency Use approval for its Dotz Test Kits is already underway.

I received the email too and I'm very positive.

FDA approval underway - nice
CE - they can sell in Europe and Europe really needs it.

This is a BUY! Once start selling these kits I see easy 50c. I wonder what they're going to charge per test.
