Hopefully people don't read the later, and there is an opportunity to pick up some cheaper shares before they realise their mistake.
Don't like the issuing of YA global with shares, nor a dilutive share issue - $5m at 2c = 250m shares. The 9.9m is in 20 payments so $450,000 per month.
The JV is what will help the Share price, but how much would they give up?
