SP Telemdia is offering $6.30 cash for each Pipe shares.
Personally I think the offer is too low for a company which has huge growth since the beginning and is still expected to grow significantly.
What does other posters think? Do you think this is the final offer or is there any likelyhood of anyone else making a counter bid?
