Brenden, I have no problem with Max Capital and Helmsec Global Capital taking a healthy facilitation fee as joint lead managers to the capital raising but certainly it wasn't done at "mates rates".
It would be interesting to find out the identity of the institutional investors that these 20M shares will be placed with.
Agree with the idea of a Hot Copper private message box, it would cut the workload down for site administrators, no need to moderate plenty of posts when those in disagreement can communicate offline.
