Why did the company need a week to make this announcement?

I'm disappointed that once again there is a delay in the release of the Final BFS and a meaningful update on Xstrata's intentions.

I think that Peter Landau is looking for a career in politics by saying a lot without really saying much at all.

Why is the company attempting to create a strategic presence in China at this particular time?

Is it possible that Xstrata are ducking and weaving on the final terms of the exercise of the option and the company is looking to put some sort of pressure on them?
