They're legally entitled to say "Nkwe is moving to complete the formal exercise of the development option by Xstrata" as the process was started with Xstrata taking the option and will therefore be completed, whether they exercise or let the option lapse. I don't mean to be a wet blanket here but lets be clear, the statement actually says nothing about Xstrata's INTENTION here.

This company has been a great trade and has great prospects but I'm not in here. Waiting for the word from Xstrata...
