    Yes I would.

    It would show management has more confidence in their decisions.
    It would show the share holders they have nothing to worry about.

    A very clear and direct statement is what was needed IMHO.

    I'm pretty sure we all knew what was coming and the first 1.5 pages was regurgitated news anyway.
