They convinced some large institutionals to up at 45 cents when by rights they should have been selling at a lower price.
They are probably contacts of Moulin, and they would have got the entire forward story. Also some more large buying at open when by rights you'd expect frustrated long-term smaller holders to be dumping.
No debt and stable registry.
