People will be reluctant to sell under 2c, so im thinking around this or just above, unless there are some desperate holders needing the cash. Obv the Singaporean sees value in the company still to tip in 400k at 2c.
Is this a ploy to drive down the worth of the company another 50% to 2c levels to make it cheaper to buy, as well as offering a measly 400k to keep them afloat until an offer is made....
