No question the way they handled the recent suspension was an absolute debacle.
However, the recent Stage 2 Ergon deal is potentially a company maker for ESK, giving them up to 5 years of revenue certainty, and likely making them currently profitable

The fact that a number of mulitnationals (Cisco / JVC Kenwood / Harris Corp) have partnered with ESK shows confidence in the ESK products.
The question is how long will it take for the market to get confidence in ESK?....and/or will David Deacon be able to pull off another Indian Pacific / Open Tel type deal that made him a wealthy man a few years ago.
