I don't know but it doesn't mean that the shareholders will get the money in cash, the co. may decide to reinvest the money in some other project which they will have to inform us prior to any vote by the shareholders. They may retain only part or all the money and develop the other project leases they hold. $40m. will give them some fire power to persue some other project.
