Think you are spot on here am assuming the purchase concerned would be BTP in Mackay
coal area. Paid $150m for this which included substantial goodwill. Whilst they have taken their medicine the debt remains as the goodwill was paid for with borrowed money. However damage is not as bad as it could have been. Just another day in the life and times of a Drill & Blast Company.
