meanwhile the 16c buyer has wandered off, must have realised the futility of the bid
that said some other mug has lobbed a 10c bid, must have not read the news and just assumed bad news, dont like his/her/its chances of getting that one filled anytime this millennium
that said it would be disappointing if the top buy bid is previous closing price
but not an issue unless you want to sell, or want to buy - pay up cheapskates
