The institutions are taking them up and so far aren't selling. I think it looks positive. When ANZ put too many conditions on the loan, management didn't have may options to get the project up. Cutting the capex to $125 million has been good. The big questions now are whether the market price stays above 0.2 cents and whether Liberty Mining and Metals get their 20% as additional shares. I hope they do and they will be entitled to their instant profit for having taken so much risk.
