Thanks Kiwi. Yes, I realize that the debt offset is a given and, yes, that they will dump at the first opportunity. Again, that "opportunity" will only arise IF there are buyers and so far there have only been around 5 million traded since resumption. And there are those other 10 million to satisfy from the "working capital" placement!! There's still a lot of S.I.'s not being satisfied!!!
IMO, they must keep trying to attract those buyers to enable them to get out and also for management to attract takers for the critical (still only proposed) entitlement issue. They've even bought at 12.5 this afternoon!! How far will they take this for that "appeal".
Getting distribution would obviously be as critical, but, depending on the terms of the underwriting, they really only have to get that $5 million and give that problem to the underwriter. It will then be everyone for themselves on the market, but, would at least present some "hope" for holders with some of that $5 mil going into Guatemala.
