SAR are already developing satellite deposits to Thunderbox processing facility to keep it busy, they are running out of ore. Read there announcements.

ZER will contract mine this, they will dig shit up cart it somewhere and process it, Im gonna guess they will have to cart it at least 200km.

SAR only have to cart it 34km

So ZER will pay 3.8c and fund the profit paid to a contract miner and the profit to a process plant and the profit to a cartage contractor and the cost to cart the ore 7 time further than SAR and make money.

This deposit is worth MULTIPLES more to SAR than ZER.

SAR will either come over the top of ZER here or SAR and ZER will come to an accommodation after ZER have secured the project.

This is all only predicated on the known JORC resources, don't forget there 8- 12 g/t ore under that to be drilled out, and its open at depth, this could easy turn into a million ounce + project!
