    I think the CR shares at 20c will be handled at the same time as the consolidation - current SP is already $1 post-consolidation.

    "That, subject to and conditional upon the passing of each of the Resolutions, for the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 7.1 and for all other purposes, approval is given for the company to issue up to 25,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company (on a post-Consolidation basis)..."
