UPDATE ON TRADING IN SHARES ON ASX Range provides the following information in relation to its suspension from trading on ASX: 1. ASX has determined that the Company is not required to comply with ASX Listing Rules 11.1.2 and 11.1.3 in relation to the acquisition of Range Resources Drilling Services Limited (the ‘Acquisition’). This transaction is, however, subject to shareholder approval under ASX Listing Rule 10.1. The Company anticipates that the shareholder meeting to approve the Acquisition will take place in early November 2017. 2. The Company confirms that it is in compliance with ASX Listing Rule 3.1. 3. The Company expects its securities to be reinstated to trading on ASX on Friday 15 September 2017.
