I meant they can not control what someone writes in a paper or Instagrams , you tell me how they could have stopped the DW article ? Sure if a TH was in place what was written would have had no influence on the price , Then the market opened , the auction results are known ...sub 2c. The only real point is the result of the auction , all the TH stuff is just noise unless you traded on Monday. If you believe in conspiracies the 2 hour window on Monday was beneficial if you were in the know...but that is another story.
