That is refering to a single facility i.e Kingston, not long after the contract had started after a trial with the most basic of components.
Read paragraph 17, they expect the revenue from that single facility to be US$100,000 unless they instal more components, then obviously it will be even more, which I expect to be the case.
All looks good to me.
