You were basing it on a single quarters expenditure repeated many times over going forward - it's been dropped to that only as bank has started to run low & the CEO Update in July calling the cash runway out to 2019 before moving for capital 8 weeks later.

You would hope at some point they will finally get out of the lab and be able to try get something into humans which will without doubt further increase expenditure. If they can get there by end of 2019 will be looking for further funding if still trying to carry it themselves.
I'd see expenditure much more likely to be going up than down.
