Yep - the lack of disclosure and keeping shareholders informed is atrocious. I am no lawyer but IMO I would suggest a number of disclosure and/or misleading/misrepresentative/leading statements have been made throughout this sordid journey.
MTC BOD’s - if you have any brains or ethics you would make some serious endeavours to rectify S/H’s perceptions. It is quite easy to do - you may not be able to tell S/H what they want to hear but currently all they can do is assume the worst in this vacuum of data and integrity. You can’t obviously be worried about making the share price fall - it has no where further to go.....
I will assume we will again hear nothing from them which unfortunately speaks louder than anything.
