All speculation at this point. But one would assume that MGC are aware of CannaGlobal's plans/partnerships prior to entering into such an arrangement to sell Derma for 10% equity of the company. As a director, unless a company outlaid their business plans/partnerships/supply chain, I for one would not go giving my subidiary away for 10% of equity .. (of course we do not have such information at this stage, it is just an assumption).

That in conjunction with Lorne's already established connections and business ventures.
Just having Hugh Winters alone as Derma's CEO is massive.

Hopefully the ann on 30 November further clears up and provides more information around the transaction and CannaGlobal and their business activities.
