^ appalling destruction of shareholder wealth IMO!!!
The real nagging q to answer IMO, is why did the "original founders" set it up with a structure, business plan and so little capital, then never really support it - so that (with the benefit of hindsight) it was doomed to fail shareholders from the outset?
