no you do not.
you are relying on a bank loan to pay for launch costs. You are relying on gomspace changing the terms of their payment plan to be aligned with SAS revenues.
this is wishful thinking.
sas is asking gomspace whether they can pay for construction costs, once they've been completed and in space generating revenues.
basically all stars need to align across 3 galaxies for SAS to succeed.
