It's understandable that there are a few eager sellers.
Compared to potential buyers who is sitting on cash all these days in suspension, the ones sitting on shares needing liquidity (given the market conditions) are far more desperate.

People with cash can afford to sit, people needing cash/liquidity on the other hand may not have that luxury.
