I used to think that company directors could get away with being misleading, but it was illegal to be openly fraudulent in ASX announcements. Now I know better, and realise that the ASX is completely unregulated in that regard. Like others here, I am certain that there were never any JV talks - especially as LRS had previously stated that no JV talks could progress without drilling results (that would make sense).
