That would depend on a lot of things. But ultimately the appraisal wells will reside on their own pad. In which case you can expect to spend around 1M straight up for civils. Yes, that sounds excessive, but I can assure you it costs that much in that Basin. I’ve been involved in civil prep in other basins and it goes down a lot for the Cooper. Mainly because of the location.
If you can drill a 5km well, including hardware, services, civils and approvals for that money then please provide Strike a quote!
I’ve posted before on costs for wells. I’d suggest any further wells will be around 12M each. If they’re in EP469 then it’s only 6M cost to Strike and WGO are up for the other half.
if the wells are campaigned, which I’d suggest they will be, then the we’ll cost of 12M might come back a bit.
