This is a sweet deal for equity mob, take it private, clean it up, probably change the name to deflect the negative press and relist in three or four years. Yes this deal is good for them, it will go ahead. I can understand why OS shareholders would be selling @ $1.76...but not locals when you factor in the franking credits.
