It has a cash asset value of about 1 cent per share with a terrible management history.Now you have investors that just paid way over paid giving 2 cents per share their investment has just flushed 50% down the toilet with very little chance of getting out.The only winners here are Management and old investors who can at least get out getting around 1 cent per share.The managements mates may be owed big favours in the future they are well down with no way out.I see trades at 1.2 looks like one of the mates did a small buy at 2 cents to con the market and stop the rot.When you can buy at 1.3 cents what legit buyer would buy a 2 cents all highly suss here.
