Having held this for a while I didn't participate in the raise purely as to me it looked like the CEO wasn't taking up any rights or participating in way?
I don't think you can get a clearer sign than when a ceo doesn't tip in any money to a raise to save the company
Not sure if I actually got that right, but it at least saved me from putting in more cash which I was going to do until I saw she wasnt.
