Yup, as they say "nothing to see here". The previous top 5 you refer to were either tied up with Blumenthal or the vanadium vendors. It was public knowledge months ago that they would be "reversed off" the register altogether.
I can also speak with some knowledge about the new top 20 and can assure you it was simply a matter of holders applying for shortfall, just like any holder was able.
I love a good conspiracy as much as the next but there are no "reds under beds" here.
