I have to admit to being a little bit jacked off with this company. I owned 60,000 shares prior to everything happening, which was reduced back slightly with the consolidation. I applied for an additional 300,000 shares and paid my $9,000 on 6th October. Nothing showed up in my holdings account and then this morning I received a letter in the post containing a bank cheque for $9,000 and attached letter stating "Dear Securityholder, Thank you for participating in the Anax Metals Limited Public Offer. You have received this refund as your application has been scaled back. In accordance, we enclose a cheque representing a refund of your excess application monies." I am wondering why I am "scaled back" to zero? Did anyone else find themselves in my position?
